Douglas E. Wisehaupt
Vice President of Human Resources
 
Doug was the former Chief Operating Officer of Arcus LLC, an information technology staffing and consulting firm based in Harrisburg. Prior to Arcus, Doug had a 15 year career in commercial banking. Doug held position of Vice President of Corporate Banking for Fulton Bank, Mellon Bank and Barnett Bank of Florida.

Doug attended Penn State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Additionally, Doug received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Elizabethtown University. In his role as Vice President of Human Resources, Doug oversees Human Resources and Corporate Office administration. He reports to Dave Campbell, Chief Operating Officer.
