Howard has been with Ollie’s since 2000. Howard began his retail career in the A&S Training program in Brooklyn, New York. He was the owner and President of Denver China & Glass in Denver, Colorado. Additionally, Howard was the President of Pfaltzgraff Retail Division from 1987 to 1998.

Howard attended Cornell University where he received his Bachelor’s of Science in Business and his MBA. In his role as Vice President of Merchandising, Howard is responsible for merchants and buyers. Howard reports directly to Mark Butler, President and CEO.
