At Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, we want to be a part of our communities! The following guidelines have been established to help you with your request for a charitable donation. Please review these guidelines prior to submitting your request.

Here are our donation guidelines:

• We can only donate to non-profit organizations with a valid, current tax ID number.
• When making charitable donations, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet offers activated gift cards or merchandise discount certificates.
• Donations are limited to one per year, per organization.
• Priority is given to requests from the non-profit organizations that serve residents and the immediate communities surrounding our stores and distribution facilities.
• Requests that do not meet the above criteria will not be considered.
• We review requests once a month during the 1st week of the month. Written requests should be made at least one week prior to the 1st of the month the donation is needed.
• Only mailed requests will be accepted. Email requests will not be accepted.
  

• A written request on your organization’s letterhead
• An explanation of the nature of the organization, why the donation is needed, what kind of donation is being requested, and the location of the closest Ollie’s Bargain Outlet
• A valid tax ID number referenced on the written request

Please understand that because we receive so many requests, we are not able to accommodate every organization and are unable to provide an individual response to inquiries concerning the status of your request. But we do make every effort to extend donations to a variety of community groups.
